Jaffe Lau, CEO & Executive Director, General Nice Group

Mr. Lau Yu, Jaffe, aged 44, is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of General Nice Resources (Hong Kong), a substantial shareholder of the Company. He is also the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Abterra, a company listed in the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and the CEO and Executive Director of the Loudong GNR, a company listed in Hong Kong. Mr. Lau has over 19 years of solid experience in international trading and investments of mineral resources and metals, including coal, coke, iron ore and steel, with strong relationships with customers in Australia, Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, South Africa and Venezuela.  Mr. Lau holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the School of Finance in University of Hawaii in the United States of America.
