I mean, I get that the shares will be restricted for a certain period of time and that this is not dilution right now. But is it in any way a concern that the company is making acquisitions by increasing and distributing allocated shares? I'm not sure this is what people had in mind when Luther said financing was already in place and non - dilutive. I'm sure other novice investors have similar questions.
