I recall at least one case where a company release

I recall at least one case where a company released the name of a company testing it's product for mass market. That company was flooded with calls (many from I-Hub Gestapo) to a point of harassment. The tests were discontinued. It is not wise to shoot one's self in the foot when we know what kinds of people are out there.
