I know he is overseas, no need to get ultra defensive. Do you really find the tone and how it was released acceptable? Why didn't the people in charge gives us this info? If Bill put them fully in charge, it should be their job to keep us updated of something major. I should not have had to hear about major news like that through a picture posted on a stock board from a customer support rep from GNC, that should have had a PR release to at least let us know, it is the right thing to do.

I am not saying I don't think this can rebound or I would have sold my position and ate the loss, I am saying I don't like this specific handling of this situation and if you act like it wasn't negative, you have blind faith, which isn't good for a financial decision. We aren't marrying this company, we are looking to make money and I want to be realistic. I think we will bleed until the license happens or we get a major announcement in the MJ sector telling us about a state changing rules or some such. 

I still think the license should happen as I see no real reason for it not to, so until I see otherwise, I am positive on that side of the house and I think it is exciting that he is working hard on it.
