Like it or not we are exposed to 100% of the supplement business and only 75% of CEN Biotech inc. as FITX shareholders. I have a feeling Growlife inc. did not want to take FITX shares as an ownership stake because it was also subject to the supplement side of business which is moving slow and bleeding money. They have risk limited to the CEN Biotech inc. deal only and that is what Growlife inc. is standing behind. that is what I will stand behind either.
BTW why has Growlife inc. not updated their 8-K to reflect Bill's statements? Also we haven't heard from Growlife inc about CEN Biotech inc since they announced the deal. I would be crushed to hear that "Bill decided to go a different direction" instead of with Growlife inc.
