Regarding the lawsuit
From what I understand, Geopressure and TDBowieknife have been added to the suit but have not been signed off on by the judge. I actually paid some extra money to subscribe to PACER, which lets you look at court documents, and as of the last update their names were not added yet.
Nonetheless, with the information we found on Geopressure last week, which was very careless of him to leave his name, phone number, and email address up for the world to see on Seeking Alpha, we have given Treaty plenty of material to pursue him with.
We found his blogs, the oil interest websites in which he frequently posts, his Facebook page, etc. The guy better lawyer up because he is going down.
