As announced in Exchange and Clearing Information no 01/14 Genium INET will be upgraded to version 4.0201 during the weekend 15-16 March, 2014. This is to inform you of upcoming amendments to the Trading and Clearing Rules of NASDAQ OMX Commodities Markets that will come into effect on the 17 March, 2014.

• Joint Trading and Clearing Appendix 3 – Trading and Clearing Schedule
• Joint Trading and Clearing Appendix 7 – Fee List
To complement our UK offering and to accommodate for Ofgem’s Secure & Promote initiative, a UK Electricity Peak Season Future contract is being listed for trading and clearing. The contract specification of the UK Electricity Peak Season Future – EUKPLS[S]-[YY], follows Joint Trading and Clearing Appendix 2 – Contract Specifications Part B under section 1.51.
As announced, the Exchange Opening Hours for the Nordic and German markets are changed to CET 16.00 and 18:00 respectively. The Joint Trading and Clearing Appendix 3 – Trading and Clearing Schedule have been amended accordingly under the sections 1.1 and 1.2.
The Clearinghouse introduces a monthly fee for Clearing Workstation and a new FTP report service and the Joint Appendix 7 Fee List sections 4.3 and 4.4 have been amended respectively.
