Thanks hldc. Basically what i was after. Should have added " even using a hypothetical business or scenario" . Its just easier to grasp when given an example of how these things go if/when they go and the purpose for them and how an experienced investor views them. Ive been absorbing as much as i can over last 7 months or so but sometimes easier when its relatable.
