There will need to be some kind of settlement. I really don't think either side wants it to get ugly. We should get a more clear and final resolution this week. In this case the silence shows a collaboration in resolution vs. getting in a public press release dispute or legal battle. It'll be fine for both sides IMO but needs some time to resolve.
