I believe the spike to .12 a few years back was upon news that the DOT granted Baltia the exclusive route authority for JFK to Polkovo (about 2009?).
I believe that the price increases we are seeing - and will continue to see - on a daily basis are driven by excitement (not hype!). I believe people are starting to realize that Baltia is in it's final week of training, that a PR will be released regarding that in the next couple of weeks, and that phases III and IV are very quick and that ticket sales and advertising will be upon us before we know it.
I think we witnessed a turning point: no longer do the doubts about Baltia getting certified out weigh the beliefs. In other words - more and more people are convinced Baltia is going to make it, and they want to get in before the stock skyrockets.
Couple all the good vibes with the fact that just last Friday, TD Ameritrade opened up the market and allowed its clients to BUY BLTA (before that they could only SELL what was in their portfolio) and you have the ingredients for a powder keg of explosive growth.
From all the phone calls I have received this weekend.....from all the new posters I am seeing on the boards (and . BTW, for every 1 that posts there are probably 50 to 100 who just read)......and from all the optimism floating around (usually on the weekends the Hub has next to no posts - this weekend I think I saw about 60!), etc. - I'm thinking we are at 4 cents by 10 am and pushing 5 cents by closing......and the excitement (which has been way too long overdue!) will just feed into itself and increase.
I'm thinking we could be pushing 8 cents by the end of the week....with more than 10 million shares trading hands on a daily basis.
