Hi, Nivek. How high? You have to determine your timeframe. 1 month? one year? or are you looking for a particular price or event? Lots to decide before you can pinpoint when to sell.
Also how may shares you have.
If you have a few million and want to take as minimal risk possible with sub-pennies, you decide to sell some if it rises to a point, so at least get your original stake out.
Or, if you are willing to risk losing it all in an attempt for a big return, you forget about the price until events you think will drive the price hard occurs.
My senario is this. I was fortunate to flip the shares I own once last year. So I am playing with almost free shares. (Bought @ .0001, sold @ .0002. Was able to rebuy @ .0001). My situation is; Due to health issues, I plant on selling about 1/3 of my shares if it gets to .001. Then I plan on letting the rest ride for quite a while in hopes of a big return (> 50 bagger) because, at this time, I think himr is going to do very, very well over time (> year). Now, there are other events that would cause me to sell sooner.
Point is you need to decide what it is you want out of this play and how much risk are you willing to accept to achieve it. remember, other plays will come up over time.
