Excellent question. While as outsiders we can only speculate, my rationale for this is simple...
1: Ronchetti has experience managing regional and national markets. That in of itself is a huge asset not just for Luxuriant, but for the companies that receive funding and consultation from our group here.
2. Having experience in leasing/mortgages/financing is huge. We should be hearing about the Washington State grower, and having him on board could help them secure new land to cultivate.
3. Over 500 linkedin contacts = he could probably entice some investors to work with him and tons of contacts for other business matters we may eventually require.
