I am at a loss to understand why some people think

I am at a loss to understand why some people think the open house is a negative. What possibly could be the angst causing ingredient that so traumatizes these folks. I see nothing but upside for transparency alone. Besides that the subject has been broached more than once already and frankly I'm a bit tired of seeing this little bit of nothing occupying the waking moments of investors.
