I am encouraged that there has been no selling by Treaty's Officers.Some feel this is a scam. If that were the case when the PPS shot to $.13 two years ago they would have gotten out at that time.
It is still heart breaking to see the PPS plummet more each week with little us as shareholders can do about it but sit back and " un " enjoy the ride
