Everyone keeps saying how do you do a share buyback with only $72. I know they just did some joint ventures but you have to ask yourself what do the companies get for teaming up with PRPM. They most likely were promised funds from selling shares.
So you have to think, is it more beneficial for the company to sell shares at .0015 or at .015 and of course your answer is the latter. Now one of their JV partners will have to shell out cash or they will have to get a private investor.
The company will weigh out the benefits to see what is best for them. Hopefully they can start bringing in The MJA profits soon. I am happy they canceled the R/S. At least they are very transparent. This all should be drawn out shortly.
