1. New CEO Luther Jeffries announced Protek Capital to become Luxuriant Holdings (both Mr. Jeffries via PR & Mr Vasker, previous CEO of Protek, via open letter announced that Mr. Vasker is no longer CEO and is NOT involved in any capacity with operations of PRPM, Luxuriant Holdings. Mr. Vasker is merely and only a shareholder).
2. In February 2014 CEO of Luxuriant Holdings announced business model & operations will be in Legalized Marijuana sector.
3. Luxuriant Holdings has forged a working relationship with Vortex Water Pipes, a pioneer in the weed industry.
4. Vortex Water Pipes is designing Luxuriant Holdings website that is expected to be online within a week.
5. Luxuriant Holdings business model is providing funding for franchisees in the MJ sector.
6. CEO HAS ANNOUNCED TALKS WITH NO LESS THAN 4 partners to date.
7. Vortex Water Pipes is also working in collaboration with Luxuriant Holdings in the development of business model, infrastructure and networking with a vast array OF MJ businesses (Vortex has EXTENSIVE network due to its INTERNATIONAL business dealings while developing, marketing and selling their line of award winning products- see Vortex website).
8. CEO stated he would be announcing new board of directors this week.

10. Upon announcing entrance into MJ sector, CEO announced a 1:10 reverse split, bringing the approximately 6 billion outstanding shares down to 600 million after split. He stated he was making the announcement well in advance of filing for rs in order to provide ample notice for any shareholder to make investment decisions well in advance of the rs.
11. CEO HAS STATED NUMEROUS TIMES THAT HE HAS FUNDING AVAILABLE TO FINANCE VENTURES. HE ALSO STATED NUMEROUS TIMES VIA PR AND FACE BOOK THAT LUXURIANT WILL BE NON-DILUTIVE
