I am actually in the same line of business as Mr. Ronchetti (real estate / banking) and I was lucky to speak to him via Linkedin. Seems very professional (obviously) and even took time to answer my questions and introduce himself. On another note, he is the exact person we need to open up our retail shops. He has experience when it comes to leasing, financing, and negotiation - all valuable factors when considering opening retail shops. s
