The MMJ Chew deal is going to help propel us to that "cash flow positive" goal that CEO Bill speaks of in the last 10Q.
(see details at end of this post)
As we know, Bill's not a pumper. He's a realist...
His "5 year" plan is to be in 40,000 stores worldwide. Livewire products are already in 1000's of stores in USA and abroad.

However, we are also online and new distribution channels are popping up all the time worldwide thanks to Cereal Marshmellows/1 800 Car Guy, Nathan.

Also, chews are available from many other well known online portals!

LVVV's Profit Potential is MIND BOGGLING!
There is a reason why LVVV moved in to a larger facility last year to be able to produce 1 MILLION chews a day . Assuming there is .05 profit on each chew produced (very conservative estimate, especially with MJ chews!) multiply that by 1MM x .05 = $50,000 PROFIT per day! Multiply $50K by 90 days in a qtr = $4,500,000 PROFIT per QTR!!! .
Add a 2nd shift at the plant as demand increases and we've just DOUBLED that to $9,000,000 in PROFIT per Qtr!

Now read up on the market research on those markets LVVV continues to take a piece of the pie from:
Energy Supps ($37B industry), Probiotics ($45B industry.) MMJ ($6B by 2018)
LVVV now in all three!

With everything going on, and MUCH MORE to come, we should be "cash flow positive" by end of 2014.
"For the remainder of fiscal 2013, we will focus on attempting to continue increase our revenue through the sale of our products which we hope to achieve through increased market penetration. We have managed both the financial structure and sales of the Company to maximize value for our shareholders..."
NOTE: Bill's salary is $1.00 per year! He owns 13 million shares of LVVV so he has as much interest as we do for the stock to go up, and UP!
"We have seen increases in revenues in each of our last three quarters and have added a couple of new distribution deals during the quarter that will give us additional traction in key parts of the country. We expect revenues to continue in a strong growth pattern as sales create excitement for our brand and inquiry's increase on a daily basis.
We are expanding our national distribution network and with continued growth over the next couple of quarters we can achieve positive cash flow and begin generating operating profits during 2014.
We have shored up our balance sheet by converting much of the unfavorable debt to long term financing with several accredited investors with notes convertible at .20/share, eliminating debt of two founders, reducing salaries of key executives to $1/year and paying off debt convertible below the market. These business decisions confirm our commitment to the long term viability of the Company and our desire to become a household name in the future."

This potential is unheard of from a Penny Stock. But then again, MNST (Monster Beverage) was a penny stock at one time and it's now $74.00/share, and their float is 174MM, LVVV's is only 52MM! We all believe it's another "Monster" in the making. (87,000% increase within 10 years... )
