Your right to a certain point but then I have two word (BERNIE MADOFF) we have to stay vigilant and question everything. Seek the truth always, should be our motto. I'm an Executive Chef and the guest have to trust what were prepping and executing is spot on each and every time. We have a saying in the industry. "You get what you inspect, Not what you expect" So we shouldn't expect anything at face value we should always inspect. That's the creed I've always lived by. It's the time we don't inspect we get burned.
