HUGE PR last Friday on $WAFR folks ! This company is the real deal.
Confirmed Float of 14M shares. Confirmed OS of 29M shares
Net Assets of the company are $10M post merger... Liquidation PPS would be 20 cents PPS.
Stock is trading at 4 cents well below the liquidation value of the company. Revenues
Projected revenues to be $5M-$9M for 2012. Filing audited fins with SEC for uplist to OTCQB within 30-45 days !
