To the last point of your excellent post, people need to understand that our government desperately WANTS controlled producers up and running asap. They are cooperating fully and accomodating legitimate companies trying to get established because they equally want it out of private dwellings FAST! They just want these companies to follow strict guidelines of the entire process that Bill has very accurately explained publicly. Any ideas that the canadian government is trying to look to inhibit the process is false. The fact that fitx even got a license to build is a huge obstacle and gives them great credibility.
