I just read a bunch of posts that talk about ending Short Sales on the OTC here. I wonder where clarification from the SEC might be obtained after open of business Monday. If the information is true then the specifics should already be available (at least one would think that is the case) from the SEC. The legalize on the posted documents is a bit much for a non-lawyer to decipher. There hopefully is a plain English translation that is verifiable from the originating source.
