Andiamo Corporation(PINKSHEETS: ANDI) announced that it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to purchase an Inc. 500 award winning company. The target company was founded in 2002 and ranked on the prestigious Inc 500 list in 2010 and in the top 800 in 2011.
"We have been working on this acquisition since April of this year, so we expect due diligence to be completed quickly and without issue. Once due diligence is complete, we will make an announcement ofthe companies name. Previous product launches by this company in 2010 and 2011 resulted in over $8 million of gross revenue.
