One thing that will certainly happen is $BCAP will be exposed to a better class of investor than it could ever hope to reach as a .pk. That's where the real big money starts funding the company.
IMO people have an approximately three-month window where the stock can be acquired for thousandths of a penny. Yes there's been about 9 months where the acquisition window was low, but there was no immediate prospect of an S-1, 3 months where the quarterly wasn't posted (filing drought over), no clear plan for acquiring a TA or brokerage without wrecking the share structure (virgin shell resolves), huge write-off's to clean up the balance sheet, etc.
Time is passing and little $BCAP is achieving its critical points one after another without blowing up the share structure or the balance sheet. When this takes off it won't look back. I don't believe there's much time left at current prices.
