The following challenge has been offered to Agreeass on the dark-side board.
Some say there are no shorts of TelVue stock. The only proof anyone has offered is two fold. They offer Finra numbers which seem to indicate there are no shorts and then in the same breath they say Finra numbers are meaningless or they offer a web site. A web site if fine if you are willing to believe everything you read on the internet.
On 01/15/2014 at 246 PM There were 5488 shares of TelVue stock presented for sale at $14.00. The source of these shares can only be one of three places. They could be me. They could be Gerry Lenfest or they could be shorts.
I present a challenge. If I am able to prove it is not I who is selling these shares on Monday morning can I then get you to admit that it is highly unlikely that Gerry Lenfest is selling and trying to torpedo his own ship and that the most likely place they have come from is someone shorting. As part of this challenge could I also ask you to limit your comments on another Gerry Lenfest company to that companies board and not here where it has no meaning or purpose .
Once I get your commitment to do your part of the challenge we can proceed.
