Found this too.. from the SEC website. its about SHORT SELLING.. trying to figure out if this rumor of SEC not allowing short sells after March 14th, 2014 is true or not. This would be a awesome. Check this link out. There is a phone number in the article to the SEC department seeking public comment. I will call first thing Monday and try to dig further.
