They are raising capital privately now and should be drilling in the next 30-45 days.

The company website is here: www.citadelexploration.com but they have not released any news yet publicly aside from the information located in their filings with the SEC.

In there filings they have indicated that one of their JV partners is $100B Japanese Corporation called Sojitz (info can be found within SEC filings) http://www.sojitz.com/en/index.html.

Additionally they indicated that they have a JV with NYSE: OXY

COIL is drilling exclusively for oil onshore in California and already has all environmental approvals. In other words they are production ready.

In my convo with the company, they are ready to release info via PRs to the public, so now I am anticipating PRs to start coming.

I have quite a few shares with an average of .56 and have no plans of selling till I see how this all plays out.
