obviously more companies are going to come forward to build a facility. For the one that you posted they have a long way to go as well. They only got an approval from the town that they will grow in. That's only if they get the approval from HC. As of right now it appears that they are in process of submitting their application. Also the deal for the building hasn't been finalized yet, and it wont be on or before April 15th. They will still need to retrofit the building and then get the final inspection. It took Tweed about 4-5 months to retrofit a 168,000sqft building (they are still in the process for the other rooms). These people need to retrofit a 315,000ft building. I don't see this being done anytime soon. FITX will certainly be up and running way before these guys are done.
Also in 2013 another company tried to purchase the building but plans fell through due to the roof needing repair.
'It was the roof of the building that ended up being the insurmountable hurdle. It took three months to get quotes on the roof, he said. When he got them back, the prices ranged from $1.4 million to a little over $3 million to repair. It was more than was feasible.'

With that being said, that company isn't any competition and wont be for until next year IMO due to the work that is needed to be done.
