I want to make this abundantly clear to all here on the board, I just got through spending a fair amount of DD time and was on the phone with Treaty, Andrew Reid does not take a salary!!! I repeat, Andrew Reid does not take a salary! Yes, he has a contract that states he is to paid $20K per month, but there is no money to pay his salary, he hasn't drawn a salary in years. Much of what he is owed is just simply forgiven, or he has been issued stock. None of the officers are getting a dime in salary. Show me in any Q or K where Andrew was paid, I challenge you. This falsehood needs to stop now! I stand by what I stated earlier, monthly operating expenses are at a bare bones level, approx. $10k per month. We own equipment, leases, operating wells, drilling contracts and drilling rights. Yes, many mistakes have been made, but the demise and fall of this company is greatly overstated.
