Okay guys, JB and I were able to get a hold of our contact person who is close to Hollund. The guy was very excited about what was happening with the company, and very enthusiastic about upcoming events.
The Hollund team will be heading to Panama around the middle of March, and they are ready to start logging using local divers. In fact, it was the divers and the safety issues surrounding their hiring and employment that was the cause of the recent delay from the late December start date mentioned by Peter Meier in his blog post at that time.
Hollund has many people watching closely right now, and by that I mean big money people. Environmental groups are said to be extremely excited about Hollund and what they intend to do. These groups are supportive, and we can look for their approval once operations commence.
Hollund has additional concessions in negotiations, and at least one is very large. However, no date or location was provided for these concessions. All that can safely be said is that shareholders will be surprised.
The TigerLynk does not need updating and the design is certainly not obsolete. The current design outperformed all expectations and only needed to be scaled up, so there is no need to change anything in the basic design. However, the software package has been improved as has the vision system (more will be said about this in upcoming press releases). Manufacturers are lined up to build this system when Hollund is ready to pull the trigger.
Look for lots of news to be released after management returns from Panama. The growth potential from that time forward may be phenomenal.
It looks like Hollund if finally ready to rock and roll.
