This is the link that takes you directly to the $BCAP filings page on otcmarkets.com. Once Matt files you'll see the quarterly.
You'll also see the Attorney Opinion letter to take $BCAP to pink current information (don't know if it will be filed at the same time or a day(s) later).
The last thing people can see there is the Amendment to the By-Laws once the vote to freeze the share structure has been completed.
