yes- the only hard cert i know of outside the family was Emilys 50M -as an exhibit in CWRN's complaint- just exploring possibilities in the never ending ridiculously obscure stock issues I never heard of in the extremely specialized stock world I had absolutely zero interest in when my late best friend dragged me in to help him-so I guess the joke is on me in many different ways
so I dont know under what conditions hard certs might be given in general or w CWRN in particular
seems unlikely they would be given to the rare paid past CWRN promoters because they just turn around and sell-
