Lt be careful I tried to transfer my blta shar

Lt be careful I tried to transfer my blta shares recently with my Scottrade account to Etrade and the result was they cannot transfer penny securities. My account was locked for almost three weeks. Even after the guy told me on the phone that the transfer should go thru. Now they said the only way is to bring my chares to cash and buy them back later. Well I do not want to miss this run we are having plus most of my holdings are already long term. So I guess I will hold on and pay a little more in commision fees and save more on the tax break. It was very fustrating having my account locked up for that time period, since I like to do a little day trading here and there.
