I'm not so sure that no news is bad news.  At this point, no news is simply no news.  We can only speculate and guess as to what JR is doing. Some would lead us to believe he is on a beach in Acupolco, and others would say he is gagged by his lawyers and attempting to meet SEC criteria.  I tend to think the latter as the former would have him locked in a cell if he cooked the books.  I just can't see that yet.  That isn't clear to me at all.
