You never know on OTC stocks pre-market. Better to simply wait for the market to open and see how she trades. But, that being said, seeing PUMA at 033 may be a clear indication that sellers are done. If MMs need shares to balance their books now, then I think we see a nice move up today.
Gotta work through flippers now.
Maybe we get a nice Fri close in the mid to high 04s!! That would be a welcome change.
