Well I agree on that.  Any use of the blending site that adds value is just a bonus though adding supply to the road transport fuel market could lead to some nice government $$$$.

Can P2O road fuel qualify as renewable fuel like biofuel which just got a huge mandate increase for 2013?  If so, we're looking at $150 to $200 per barrel I belive renewable road fuel currently sells at (and probably more in 2013 with the jump).  As a bonus, JBII's road fuel is actually petroleum fuel instead of biofuel so if it would probably sell for slightly higher than biofuel.
