- 4,000 restaurants that broadcast IC Places' shows every week.
- Indoor Direct is a 24/7 network.

2. Gas Station TV
- IC Places will do a series of 90-second clips that will be seen by 28 million people pumping gas every single month in the U.S.

3. "Ortsbo" Patented Technology Deal With Simmons and Abramson Marketing
- "Ortsbo" will break the language barrier online.
- "Ortsbo" takes words either typed or spoken, and immediately translates them with perfect syntax into 53 different languages.
- "Ortsbo" will be integrated in the IC Places software, making IC Places truly a worldwide website.
- Example: When Steve Samblis is on the red carpet interviewing a celebrity, the celebrity can speak in English to Steve, but anyone from around the world can tune in and have the English words immediately translated into any of the 53 different languages.
- Steve is met with Gene Simmons and Rich Abramson on Friday (Feb 3rd) to discuss the final steps to integrate "Ortsbo" into IC Places' website
- Steve quoted this as "a game changer"

4. "Static" to Be snatched up by Comedy Central VERY SOON- Steve is almost positive that Comedy Central will pick up the show.
- Comedy Central has open spots for this show and a cast member of "Static" is tight with the producers.
- Will bring in well over $1 million for the year
- 13 episodes will be recorded in the first season with well over $100,000 per episode.

5. Time Warner Cable Deal to Air IC Places Hollywood Almost Finished
- Time Warner Cable will bring IC Places Hollywood into 32 states
- IC Places will earn a minimum of $5,000 per state per week. $8.3 million per year
- Advertisers are waiting in line.
- Steve said the deal is close to being completed

6. Urban Beat Hollywood Deal With TV One
- Will be a half hour show
- IC Places will split commercial revenues with TV One
- Steve said "There is a perfect market for this show"
- IC Places owns the majority of the show
- IC Places will deliver the first show on February 1st to TV One
- Steve said that this deal is a "Huge revenue potential for us"

7. IC Places Radio Coming to Florida Through Genesis Communications
- Will be a weekly hour-long show every Saturday
- Hosted by Carson Ingle of IC Places' Sports Section
- Will feature IC Places' clips with actors and directors.
- Will cover entire state of Florida

8. Current Share Structure
- Authorized Shares = 2 billion shares
- Outstanding Shares = Approximately 400 million shares
- Insiders of the company and Steve Samblis own roughly 60% of the shares
- Float is maybe 90 million shares

9. Stock Traders Talk Radio Coming to IC Places
- Will do weekly stock trading shows on IC Places' Business Section
- Will split 50% banner ad revenues with STT Radio
