unless Geo is still holding some of Emilys 50 million shares hard cert which is an exhibit in CWRN's complaint against Geo-
but CWRN was of the opinion in said complaint that Geo sold such stock prematurely -if Geo did not sell all such stock they could present stock cert piecemeal to brokers just to push the price down (to punish cwrn and not as an arms length seller) but I have no evidence they held any CWRN stock this long
