I think your right possibly about shorts may be done playing their hand.  Volume is a little lower and it seems to be holding on around .0830's.  Curious to see if the afternoon holds tight to .0830  - .0840ish and does not go lower as usual afternoon dips can do.  If we don't dip any further we'll probably trade sideways for awhile then gradually upwards till April.  Just my two cents.
