when a high level politician who decided business was evil- personally saw the tv doc by a tv network friendly to the politician- and directed many govt agencies to target these pennies,which in turn greenlighted brokers etc to do what they had been held back from doing before
so dtc imposed a trade for trade "chill" on CWRN and eventually 1000's of pennies on a rotating basis Mar 2011 without explanation-this had never happened before and could not be predicted
both stockholders and Bob spent a lot of time looking into it but there were no answers except the above-including the reported hiring of 100's of extra sec lawyers to target these small co's- as many co's PR's say dtc wont even tell company lawyers the reason- same w the freeze -so anything that can be used as an excuse is used to target attack these co's
physical certs are usually held by dtc's nominee cede and co and thus stock represented by those certs cannot be traded
but dtc has no ownership over certs held privately-which can be delivered to a broker to be manually matched w a buy order,just as buys and sells were manually matched under the trade for trade
brokers chilled 1000's of stocks under excuse of dtc actions -many just because they hated pennies but agencies had held them in check before-
other brokers like a certain broker w financial problems due to reported fraud and fines used dtc action as an excuse to charge high fees to sell-sometimes requiring the entire position to be sold at once,which is rarely possible in many penny stocks-so we were forced to hold our positions while brokers shorted our own stock in endless unconstitutional games never seen before-thus we thought this dynamic would be short lived-because was no logic other than political motives
smacks of dictatorship - congress makes the laws,exec suppose to enforce, and courts interpret-but both exec and courts have increasingly usurped congress lawmaking power and att general eric holder openly told state att generals not to enforce laws they personally disagree with (a policy the justice dept has been openly following in violation of constitution since 2009 for the 1st time in history)- this has never been seen before and cant continue for long without congress becoming a puppet and no real power and defacto dictatorship-
