Trouble with Management:Â (Part time team)
COB:Â Allyn: As per filings only required on a limited basis 2-3 times per week.
CEO: Real Estate Agent with no prior ex perience running a public Company .
Also has past ties with Hipple Gang.
Legal Council:  Benz: Running an International Law Practice while overseeing (2) Public   Companies. (AEGY & SKTO)
Choo: Ties to Hipple Gang. What else does he do?
Laughlin: ?
= Very weak management in potentially Billion $ Company which is why all those errors have occurred and thats why the PPS remains severely undervalued. Only impacting progress we have witnessed is from BBio. Yet even that does not take 2 months for bottles and labels. These guys want to operate in stealth mode so they're inexperience is not easily visable. They have all the right ideas, great business plan but have failed terribly on the execution in market awareness, name recognition, instilling shareholder confidence and many other things. I've held with hopes that a real management team would replace these less experienced members to take this company to new heights, or that it would be bought out by big pharm. I like most want to see this company be one of the industry leaders yet have to question why we have not dove into Colorado and Washington and all other States that have legal MMJ already. Time waits for no one! 92 other companies out there, many may exceed this companies goals in a much shorter peroid of time. Management needs to fast track and become more aggressive and more transparent immediately!
