Here is the response from Charles Coats to an email I had sent him:

I’m not sure what kind of explanation you are wanting from me. The copy and paste you provided appears to be an opinion of a poster on a financial board who is not a supporter of the company. I won’t waste my time reading the links the poster provided. I will, however, state that neither Mel Robinson or Jim Bolt have anything to do with the company. Jim Bolt, never. Mel Robinson, not since his resignation a couple of years back. In fact, I can say that I know very little or anything of Jim Bolt other than his name.
We raised capital recently to pay necessary bills. The definition of fraud is:
fraud
frôd/
noun
1.
wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
"he was convicted of fraud"
synonyms: fraudulence, cheating, swindling, embezzlement, deceit, deception,double-dealing, chicanery, sharp practice; More
Let me be crystal clear. Neither I or HLNT management or its board have profited from the recent sale of HLNT stock, nor do I or any member of management draw any paycheck from HLNT. The last time we did take pay can be found in the financial records posted on OTC. Furthermore, AHS is still intact and HLNT and its shareholders still own 50% of AHS. We are not trying to defaud anybody especially HLNT shareholders. If fact, our actions have always placed HLNT at the top in priority to protect in any decisions made. We are attempting to get a technology that has immense potential tested and in front of the right people so that it has a chance to flourish and HLNT shareholders can maybe one day reap the benefits of the shares increase in value as a result. This testing process, though painfully slow, is continuing and any developments will be posted on OTC as has been stated and demonstrated.
It is laughable that this poster is trying to tie the recent indictments of Jim Bolt to HLNT or claiming that we are trying to defraud anybody, especially HLNT shareholders. You have permission to use this information as you wish. What I have stated is the truth and I would swear under oath to it’s accuracy and my personal banking statements, and the banking statements of HLNT managment would support and verify its accuracy.
I hope that I have adequately responded to your inquiry.
