It's definitely coming together! 
I'm also paying attention to Tesla right now...
If I was a Billionaire like Mr. Musk of Tesla Motors Inc. $TSLA and I was looking to establish a battery manufacturing plant that would impact thousands, I would look into an infrastructure that's already here.
