If there was ever a lawsuit with potential to slaughter the low life's involved in trashing a stock. There is definitely one with some meat here. We Certainly don't need the cost and distractions but right now but once we're up and rolin, there is a very cocky group of assholes that need to be taken down. Hell I bet there is a kick ass firm that would even take this one on contingency.
