Nice breakdown bells thanks for that. But I still strongly disagree that SKTO is somehow merging with AVNE when Medical Greens (The private company) was merging into SK3 Group (SKTO the public co), and that Medical Greens was going to be the surviving entity while receiving the new name change/cusip
