"There is a difference between merely holding something and having it by acquiring it through buying it. Is AVNE merely "holding" these things until SKTO merges with them. "
Thats what I was thinking when i first read AVNE's PR, but I felt like I was the only one who caught that (Hold vs Acquire).Plus there could be license to manufacture, license to sell, license to distribute, license to market. Anyways I know im looking into this with a magnifying glass but thats what we get when the company doesnt update us
