I understand the alias world of keeping anonymous. Anyway, I'm in the business of relationship building and I'm good at it, the way you're a great writer. Sometimes I use emphatic tones as my opinion when I know the things I'm saying to be fact so that I don't get questions like you're asking. To answer you to the best of my ability on your fair question, there's a couple of reasons I wrote what I wrote there, in the way I wrote it. When I say we don't really know what's happenning... There's a few factors in play... My information has to be credibly acquired, my opinion of that information has to be 100% confident, and in realty the information needs to be true.
