I think you are being very realistic.  Look at the pre-14 filing.  There is no consolidation of shares.  I was surprised a bit that they did not do that.  And again, look at the new financing of half a million.  The fixed price @ .025 is great assurance here.  There is a clause that alleviates the buyer...........but ???? ..... six Months restriction is a lot of breathing room to have the share price above that fixed conversion. 

Have to laugh at those that were selling this Month....but thanks for the opportunity yet once again.  That initial "partial" conversion date is in August............so:

Deployable Gasification Unit (DGU) Development – Our team is working on the final detailed engineering and early manufacturing of prototype DGU’s as part of our partnership with Northrop Grumman.  We are constructing two prototype units (military and commercial) and expect to have these assembled and complete for extended duration testing and documentation during the summer of 2014.  We have significant interest in these systems from both military/government and commercial customers.  The prototype units should be available for customer demonstrations and sales purposes in the fall of 2014, with DGUs available for delivery in by 2015.  Our website will soon include additional information on the DGU.
