Question 1.
After the recent FITX shareholder meeting it is reasonable to believe that stock pps should have increased based upon confidence created in investors/shareholders at the referenced shareholder meeting. No bump occurred and instead the pps has dropped approximately 25% off it's high. Does this mean the shareholder meeting did not pass the smell test?
Your thoughts, any info?
Question 2.
Have FITX shareholders recently (within the last 30 days) been selling their shares, if so, when, how many and at what price?
SEC filings show the intention by insiders to sell fairly large blocks. At this juncture, it would probably spook a lot of investors if insiders were quietly selling large blocks of stock. Your thoughts? any info?
Question 3
Large blocks of restricted stocks either have or soon will be able to be sold. Does this increase to float? What impact might this have on pps? Your thoughts, any info?
Question 4
Does anyone know how many shareholders of record there currently are for FITX? Is this number up or down from last reported? Your thoughts, any info?
I really appreciate any input. I believe 100% that marijuana as a sector in the market will grow exponentially mostly because various governments are putting in place a structure that controls all aspects from seed to sale of an existing industry having a massive user base. Most advantage to involved Governments is revenue generation through regulation and taxation not to forget enormous reductions in costs associated with the current war on drugs.
BTW: Did anyone notice banks may get into the MJ sector, also saw a major illicit dealer was apprehended.....eliminate competition....hmmmm, does everyone also know the US Govt holds a patent on Marijuana?

This is far more than a simple trend (in my opinion) but at the same time I want to be a sure as possible that I am riding the right horse.
