Since you asked . . . it is going very well. Initial Cadre of pilots are in simulator, the B-747 is in maintenance - with all required checks (C1,C2,C3 & Heavy) being done and to be completed by the end of April, and the Schedule of Events has Baltia obtaining certification and being operational shortly thereafter.
Resources are being applied by all parties involved, and things are moving along well, IMHO.
